Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or customs delays for international orders.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@lavishlady.store.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly using the carrier’s tracking system.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lavish Lady is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with necessary documentation.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Final sale, clearance, and gift card items are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@lavishlady.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at info@lavishlady.store to request an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 5 days of delivery at info@lavishlady.store with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
